Verafede executed Maggi’s community-driven detailing program to equip carinderia owners with practical knowledge on pricing and business growth while strengthening the brand’s relationship with small food entrepreneurs.
Through on-ground visits to 130 carinderias that culminated to a mini convention, we created both personal and group learning experiences—helping owners address daily challenges, improve operations, and discover new ways to attract customers.
