- Entering financial transactions (Official Receipts) into Excel
- Proposing financial management applications for specific projects
- Forecasting costs and benefits
- Assisting with various finance-related tasks as needed
Business Development
- Share ideas to grow client base and strengthen relationships via lead-gen
- Engage clients and produce strategies for activations
- Ensure excellent client servicing through project delivery and reporting
- Provide industry and competitive insights for business strategy
Human Resources
- Screening, recruiting, and training intern applicants
- Managing interns’ information, performance, and concerns
- Collaborating on company HR Programs
- Providing admin support (reports, directories, MoM)
- Procuring talents/services on a project basis
Information Technology
- Proposing web design improvements to the company’s website
- Providing technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Supporting IT projects via research, documentation, and tracking
- Creating user guides and technical documentation
Digital Marketing
- Developing engaging content for website, blog, and email campaigns
- Optimizing digital presence through SEO and paid ads (Google, FB)
- Planning and analyzing campaigns for brand activations
- Tracking, measuring, and reporting on campaign success
Multimedia Arts (MMA)
- Conceptualizing content ideas and planning the content calendar
- Creating visual/written content aligned with brand identity
- Proposing visual aids and pitches in collaboration with Marketing & HR
Social Media
- Creating engaging content for platforms (IG, FB, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Managing community engagement and responding to followers
- Running campaigns to boost engagement and tracking metrics
- Designing graphics and maintaining a consistent content calendar
